Dinner at Greenlooms Cottage

We offer you the option of a 2-course supperl when you stay with us at Greenlooms Cottage – well, we’re really offering to share dinner with you, as we eat with our guests.

Our cooking is, I suppose, best described as simple but wholesome, with a Mediterranean twist – dishes such as roast chicken, beef stew and dumplings, turbot or plaice are typical fare, with an emphasis on seasonality. Assuming our fig tree has paid its way, a particular favourite is figs wrapped with bacon and tomato. Puddings might be damsons with crème fraiche, or figs with caramel. A glass of wine or two is included.

We can happily accommodate vegetarians or those with particular intolerances – just let us know when you book.
